Danny Vais
Head Pro & Owner
 
 
 

Danny is the Founder and Head Pro at Elite Athletic Training & Consulting.  Born and raised in Arvada, CO, he attended Arvada West High School where he was a multi-sport athlete, participating in baseball, basketball and football.   Following his high school career Danny attended Seward County Community College, where he shattered most of the schools pitching records and earned numerous accolades before signing with the Minnesota Twins.  Danny played 6 seasons in the Minnesota Twins organization from 2004-2009.  

 

Since finishing his professional career Danny has been a fixture in the Colorado coaching scene, including stint at Standley Lake and Arvada West before developing the Elite High School Program that has seen numerous players sign to play college basebal. Danny brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to the Elite Coaching staff, and leads many of our advanced programs.

Chris Taylor
Director of Operations & Owner
 
 

Chris is the co-owner of Elite Athletic Training & Consulting and manages the operational and marketing aspects of the business.  Chris can also be found helping coach some of our programming, working with our hitters and infielders.  A Colorado native, Chris grew up in Arvada and attended Arvada West High School, where he played baseball and golf. 

 

Following high school, he attended Seward County Community College, where he was a two-year starter and Academic All-American, before moving on to play at Tulane University and the University of Texas at Arlington.  At UTA, Chris received all-conference and all southern region honors,  while hitting .350 and driving in over 60 runs his senior year.  He was also proud to be part of a middle infield that led the nation in double plays.    

 

After finishing his playing career, Chris earned his MBA from Seattle University.
