Each 90 minute session focuses on 45 minutes of skill work - either hitting or pitching - and 45 minutes of functional strength & agility training. The program is led by Elite Head Pro Danny Vais and our certified Strength & Conditioning Staff
Designed by athletes for athletes - we have over 1,200 square feet of dedicated weight and agility space designed specifically for sports performance. Our strength programs get dedicated access during their time slots, so no battling for equipment.
