Elite Baseball - Summer Youth Training 

 

The Elite Summer Baseball Program for youth players ages 7-14 offers two dynamic 4-week sessions: June 3rd to June 27th and July 8th to August 1st. Select from 1, 2, 3, 4, or unlimited classes per week to customize your training regimen and unlock your full potential on the field.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday: 

• 9:00 - 10:00 Fielding

• 10:00 - 11:00 Hitting

• 11:00 - 12:00 Speed/Recovery

Tuesday: 

• 9:00 - 10:00 - Pitching

• 10:00 - 11:00 Hitting

• 11:00 - 12:00 Strength (recommended for 6th - 8th graders)

Wednesday:

• 9:00 - 10:00 - Fielding

• 10:00 - 11:00 Hitting

• 11:00 - 12:00 Speed/Recovery

Thursday:

• 9:00 - 10:00 - Pitching

• 10:00 - 11:00 Hitting

• 11:00 - 12:00 Strength (recommended for 6th - 8th graders)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

• Hitting: coaches will guide players through targeted drills focused on mechanics, bat speed development, and timing. 

• Fielding: players will focus on developing proper footwork and glove techniques to form the foundational skills for becoming a solid infielder. 

• Speed/Recovery: Develop agility, speed, and injury prevention strategies to optimize performance and recovery. 

• Pitching: Players will work on proper throwing mechanics, secondary pitch development (age-appropriate), and arm care.  

• Strength: Increase power, endurance, and durability with strength training exercises to excel in all aspects of your sport. Athletes will focus on learning proper techniques to safely develop their physical strength.
